Orders & Returns
If upon receipt you notice any damage or missing parts, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right quickly at our expense.
Otherwise, we’re happy to accept the return for 30 days after purchase. You can begin the return or exchange process online by filling out a form at frostrush/contact You can always reach out to our support team for assistance via email, phone or chat. When you complete the online form or speak to our support team, you’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA#. Please put that number clearly on the product so our we can quickly process your return.
We’ll refund the purchase price, but please understand that we’ll have to deduct 15% for restocking. If you just want to exchange the product, there is no restocking fee. After 30 days we can’t accept the return, but our warranty applies.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all returned products must be in original and unused condition, including original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories provided. Please place product in a secure carton as to ensure it won’t be damaged during transit.
Please understand that we can’t be responsible for cost to ship the items back to Machrus Brands. Initial shipping costs are unfortunately not refundable.
Just a reminder – please send back the product only once you get an RMA#. If you send it back beforehand, we won’t be able to trace the product to you we won’t be able to issue a refund.
